Sasha Fierce is back ? and better than ever! New mom and World?s Most Beautiful woman, Beyoncé, shined on stage Friday night at the newly launched Revel resort in Atlantic City wearing one-of-a-kind Ralph & Russo designs.

Her first show ?ran rampant, functioning as an almost continuous high point,? according to Ben Ratliff of The New York Times. Highlights included ?Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),? ?Run the World (Girls),? ?Halo,? ?Countdown? and ?1+1.? ?With her all-female band and 10 dancers, she performed with serious stamina and rigor,? Ratliff mused.

Clad in fine form, Beyoncé, who confessed to a case of nerves prior to her first performance since giving birth to Blue Ivy, revealed her amazing post-baby body in custom-made costumes truly fit for a Queen B.

The inspiration for the sexy concert looks was ?modern showgirl,? Ralph & Russo designer Tamara Ralph tells PEOPLE. The designers worked closely with the singer to create the four couture pieces worn during the sold-out shows. ?Beyoncé wanted us to be really creative and create fun and edgy designs that had an ultra-glamorous feel to them,? Ralph adds.

A team of 20 couturiers worked around the clock to complete the looks, which were embellished with more than 500,000 crystals from Swarovski Elements, in just four weeks.

?The most elaborate design was the black and silver pinstripe vest,? (left) Ralph says, ?as it has a corset base and sharp structural detailing which was constructed with stretch to allow for movement.? Perfect for the singer?s highly charged concert comeback.

?Beyoncé always delivers energetic performances and therefore we take into account the comfort and flexibility of each outfit and the ease of getting in and out of the pieces with quick costume changes,? adds co-designer Michael Russo. ?It was an absolute pleasure to work with her to create exquisite pieces that dazzle on stage.? Happy Birthday to Shiloh Jolie-Pitt who will turn 6 years old tomorrow.Shiloh sur e has blossomed over the years into an adorable and head strong little tomboy.

Despite having an older sister Zahara, 8 around ? Miss Jolie-Pitt seems to prefer to raid her brothers closets and loves to imagine that she is boy.

The toddler has been spotted over the years with a very short hair cut, wearing her brothers Maddox, 10, and Pax, 8, vintage shirt and camouflage pants.

Her famous parents Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt do not seem to mind their daughter?s interest in boy?s clothing ? if anything the couple applauds and encourages it.

Jolie was quizzed on the matter where she explained:

?She likes to dress like a boy.She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys? everything. She thinks she?s one of the brothers.?

Rumors claim that when Angie tried to make Shiloh return to ballet classes and insisted that she wears girly clothes she started to cry.

When Angelina Jolie struck her much-lampooned pose at the Oscars in February, little did we know that months later we'd still be up in arms about stars' legs on the red carpet.

An informal survey of entertainment slideshows -- and other places on the Internet where attractive body parts are showcased -- reveals that legs attached to female celebrities appear to be stepping out more than normal of late.

Certainly showing a little skin or a lot of leg is nothing new, especially in Hollywood. Jolie made news for going a step (sorry, these puns are way too easy) further when her gam got glam and leapt 2 feet out of her black gown.

Now every star in a dress with a high slit is being compared to Jolie, even if they're just standing there with no intention of turning an appendage into an Internet meme. Well, except for model Anja Rubik and her hip bone at the Costume Institute Gala earlier this month. That's no ordinary pose.

Check out this random sampling of a few well-known celebrities. Are these outfits over the top? I'm no dressmaker, but the physics of being able to walk while wearing a long gown demands that that gown have a little give. Jolie went beyond the give part and took her pose up a notch. So critical style eyes are now looking below the waist of some of Hollywood's biggest stars to find the copycats.

The high slit is poised to rule the red carpet until the first snow flies up skirts next winter. In an era of trout pout and side boob (hi Miley!), there's little use fighting it and demanding that stars put on some @$%*! clothes. (If only you used symbols to swear at us in the comments ... like the old days ... when women covered up!) 

ZZ Top said it best: "She's got legs, she knows how to use them."

From what we can tell, David Cronenberg?s Cosmopolis is not the side-splitting comedy of the summer. And yet, the photos coming out of the photocall and premiere of the film at Cannes make it seem like the fest?s funniest event yet. Maybe that?s due to star Robert Pattinson?s relentless red-carpet face-making. Or due to the fact that it was pouring at the premiere, and the celebrities in attendance, like Julianna Margulies, could do nothing but laugh at how drenched their gorgeous gowns were getting.

Other random celebs mugging for the cameras at the premiere included Cuba Gooding Jr., Bonnie Wright and Kelly Rutherford. Model Natasha Poly showed the most daring amount of skin at the event, but she had a surprising rival in the side-boob game: none other than Kristen Stewart, in a plunging red Reem Acra stunner. She arrived ahead of her boyfriend and was instead on the arm of pal (and her On the Road co-star) Tom Sturridge.
